The Bear Grylls Adventure has now opened at The NEC, Birmingham.
The attraction houses a number of extreme activities including Europe’s tallest high ropes course.

Opening day activities include:
Basecamp is a 90 minute all action experience which is included in all other Bear Grylls Adventure activities. It includes Archery, A Maze, Assault Course and Escape Room.
Get harnessed up for an indoor climbing experience like no other. Warm up by bouldering routes inspired by the giant formations of Fontainebleau (France) before taking on belay climbs which include the famous face of El Capitan (Yosemite, USA).
There are more than 20 different terrains and routes to choose from. They’re on different levels to test your limits, whatever they may be.
iFly Indoor Skydiving
Realise the adrenaline of flight in our indoor vertical wind tunnel where you will be thrown into free fall using leading wind speed technology and without the need for parachutes or planes. In our aircraft hangar pre-flight you’ll learn all the body positions and hand signals you need for freefall and your expert instructor will fly with you in the tunnel.
Diving & Snorkeling
Our expert diving team will train you before your adventure, so no previous diving experience is necessary. With newly mastered diving techniques and knowledge you’ll be ready to explore the sea bed in our purpose built dive environment.
Europe’s Tallest High Ropes Course
Zip slide from the Chinook helicopter then choose your route. Use strength and balance to navigate high above the ground. Once you’re in there’s no looking back – and only the brave look down.
Inspired by the famous military Tarzan course, there are 36 different challenges over 5 storeys on our confidence high ropes course. Zig zag across rolling beams, climb ladder bridges and cross snake steps over 20 metres above the ground. Buckle up for our most thrilling challenge.
