Wannabe theme park designers rejoice! Parkitect has received an official release date… and it’s sooner than you think! The charming isometric amusement park builder will finally be leaving the Steam Early Access platform on the 29th of November 2018.

The most notable feature will be a complete campaign mode. Each of the maps in the 26 level campaign have been designed by Planet Coaster mastermind Silvarret and prominent Steam Workshop creator Joshua Tjarks.

If you’ve ever played a Theme Park Sim before Parkitect provides the usual offering. Sandbox mode will let you set your creative spirits free, building to your hearts content without having to worry about the financial burdens of running a major attraction. Challenge mode still allows designers to build the park of their dreams while having to manage the parks finances and keep the books balanced. The final mode as mentioned above will be a brand new campaign allowing players to unlock new challenging scenarios as they progress through a branching world map.

Once you’ve beaten each map in the campaign you will even be able to go back and play the same level in sandbox.

I’ve been playing Parkitect for a while now, and it’s a great game. Parkitect delivers a striking balance of both creative building and management simulation. You will even need to carefully consider how guests view your park. For example you’ll need to construct staff tunnels to ensure employees can get around as efficiently as possible whilst not being seen by your guests.

If you’re ready to take the plunge into the future of Theme Park Management Simulations you can still pick up the Early Access version of Parkitect (and the full version) for a slightly reduced price on Steam or the Parkitect Website. This price will be jumping up when the game releases fully on the 29th of November 2018.
